Vocational Psychology & Litigation Services

Most of my practice involves litigation support services. Lawyers and organizations refer workers whose employment futures have been compromised related to:

  • Personal injuries

  • Medical malpractice

  • Chronic health conditions

  • Long-term disability appeals

  • Employment law resolution, etc.

In providing litigation support, I develop a formal, comprehensive employability assessment report. I prepare second opinions in situations where some level of vocational assessment has previously been completed. My work focuses on developing recommendations for an equitable resolution of planning steps needed for the worker’s employment future, both short and long term.

I also provide professional vocational rehabilitation consultation services to lawyers, individuals, organizations, and businesses on a wide range of matters. This work includes serving as a part-time in-house consultant. I also provide pre-vocational consulting services in matters where supported employment or sheltered employment options may be developed. I am also available to provide professional consultation services where mental health and/or neurocognitive factors might affect employability.
